Curb Appeal
First, look at the outside of your home, also called your curb appeal. Look at the outside of your house from a quick glance from the street. What jumps out at you? What positive features seem waiting to be noticed? Knowing this helps us to choose what actions we can take to draw buyers from the street and into your home. If your home isn't the best it can look on the outside with refreshed paint and bright garden plants we'll need to tackle those issues. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and add dollars to your house's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your home seem to say, "This is Your Next House" to a buyer? Looking through your home with a buyer's eye, I'll suggest arrangements that enhance Open House appeal. I'll suggest that you put out of sight items that give the appearance of clutter. Tabletops should be free and clear. Knickknacks, souvenirs, family photos, and kids' works of art should get moved out of sight. We'll simplify the decor of house. Unattractive or busy spaces make your home feel unkempt and buyers have a harder time seeing themselves calling your place home.
I'll review each room of your home. I'll note the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that need polishing, and any other improvement that can inexpensively be made to positively impact the sale.
Working together, we'll make sure your home has mass appeal and that it's welcoming, avoiding "loud" or "too-bright" shades on the walls and furniture. And if none of your belongings are there, you can consider temporary furnishings. The goal is for your house to look inviting as opposed to barren.

To eliminate shadows important and we'll open curtains, and change light bulbs where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing lightly and ensure a nice aroma flows from every area. We'll include cozy-looking bedspreads, and pillows on your chairs and bed. Buyers should feel like your current place has the potential to be. |
